Poor little Violet. It's her first ever Friday 13th and she's had the worst luck so far - Naughty old Mummy took her to see a nasty lady who injected her with diseases. She's all sleepy now.

Comment and I will pick 3 things from your Interests list for you to explain a little about.
Old Cartoons - a pretty generic 'catch all' description - when I put it in my interests lists I meant everything from the really early stuff through to toons of my childhood. I do really like the very old stuff though - not just WB classics like 'What's Opera, Doc?' and 'Duck Amuck' but stuff even older than that - the mental black and white stuff, like those really early Betty Boops... for some reason I find those toons creepy, but in a good way. Does that make sense?
90s Nostalgia - While 80s Nostalgia to me is nostalgia for my childhood, 90s Nostalgia is a Misty-Eyed look back at my Teenaged years. The Craply monikered 'BritPop' Years were the good ones for me - I was a bit of an Indie Kid and still have the Converse Trainers and Pulp CDs as a memento. 90s Nostalgia to me is singing along to Ash in the car, wondering when Velvet will come back into fashion, the smell of White Musk, Dewberry or CKone, shaking your head at Coldplay because 'Radiohead was doing all that ten years ago'. I had a Moment yesterday when I watched 'Exam Conditions' from back in 92. La Reynolds was wearing a Friendship Bracelet. Ah... that took me back! Girls made them for each other, I never knew a boy to make one. Boys would only ever accept one from a girl they fancied.
Ancient Mythology - Love this stuff. Got into it at Uni, since so many aspects of the English Literature I was studying centred around Classic Mythology. I really like the Greek stuff (the concept of the Gods being a bunch of bickering siblings overseen by a Comedy Rapist appeals to my irreverent nature) and I'm very interested in Creation and Flood myths from various Faiths. I love Athena and Hermes - they're my favourites!
