Haven't had chance to look at it properly yet, since Violet decided she wanted to play with anything I touched this morning, but Michael already annoys me. I think it's just the fact that they created him that irritates me since a, it assumes that nobody would want to play as Eric, even though he's da man and b, Eric should be an only child. no offense to any only children on my f-list, but he's just such a stereotypical only child. He's obviously spoiled rotten and has no concept of sharing.

I like that you acknowledged Michael but then killed him off, Sealy. It makes a lot of sense. I think the general consensus amongst Shiny Fans is that something bad hapened in Eric's childhood that caused him to become such a jerk, and caused his parents/father to throw money and possessions at him as a substitute for any kind of affection or discipline, and I reckon the death of a brother is the most original, and probably makes the most sense.

The D&DC Adventure Book (The Maze And The Magic Dragon) is bringing me no end of joy. I've only read a few pages of really bloody weak character, dialogue and exposition (maybe I've been spoilt by all the wicked fanfic), but the pictures are pure Fried Gold.

We are introduced to Micheal, who looks like what would happen if you crossed Eric with Bobby. I suppose then by default he looks a little like the resulting union between Cpt Shiny and Sheila, but that's a little too sweet a description, I reckon. Evidently there was a sale on at the same shop that Eric bought *his* yellow tank top from.
