Random TNG Fitness Questions

Oh mighty and knowledgable F-List... If a character wanted to go for a run while on the Enterprise, where would she do it? I'm assuming that jogging through the corridors would be frowned on... do they have a gym or a fitness suite with running machines?

Also, for a later chapter... what's the name of that Martial Arts class that Worf teaches?
