Top Theory now: They've actually got marooned on Prospero's island from The Tempest. All that weird shit? Prospero and Ariel pissing about with them. The deaths? Caliban. You watch and see. There'll be a hermit wizard and his pretty daughter in a cave, he'll conjure up some fairies to fright them all, then he'll resolve all the problems, it'll turn out that Locke was Dr Dull's Dead Daddy in disguise all along, everyone will get married to each other and then Hurley will sing a little song about The Rain Raining Every Day.
So... feeling more positive about work. Things are looking up, bookings wise, and today both babies barricaded me in the toilet. They're very naughty. Baby 2 keeps crawling into the office and gurgling excitedly while we're working.
Mouth still sore, and still blue about some of the same things that I have been sad about for the last few weeks, but then what can ya do?
Great 'Dear Editor, I am a local nutter, and I think this...' letter in the Adscene today. He believes that Gay Marriages (which he describes as 'apparently they can take some sort of ceremony') is discriminatory to unmarried heterosexual couples, despite the fact that unmarried homosexual couples don't have the same legal protection as married heterosexuals, and that heterosexual couples have been able to get married for... ooh... ever and also that the fact that he overheard in the Post Office only pork pies from Melton Mowberry can be marketed as Melton Mowberry Pork Pies is Political Correctness Gone Mad. Some people, eh? We get some great Local Nutter Letters round here. I'd compile the best ones, but I really can't be bothered.
