More 'I Need To Talk' - Opinions needed.

So, I've been on a massive Scribbling bender all evening, and I think I have the first 2/3 of I Need To Talk down, but I'm a little concerned about OOC-ness. Wondered if I could get some opinions from fellow PG Pickers. Don't think I'll post it on ff.net until it's completely done.
