Aug. 12th, 2006 06:17 pmSo yes, after all that kerfuffle I'm not in Bristow after all this w/end - we're going over straight from Wales next weekend. I doubt I'd have wanted to go to Smokey today anyway, though - I'm not on top form today.
Some Memes - The Katie had a nice idea for a poetry one - I post one of my favourite poems, you reply with one of yours, and pass it on. So this poem is one of my faves, and feels very apt on a wet day that feels more autumnal than summery:

And finally, I'm going to continue to spam you all with Goodies clips, since I've found a veritable treasure trove of them over on youtube. This clip's only about 30 seconds long, but is a lovely blooper that apparently stayed in the cut - I've noticed great little moments like this where something's gone a bit cocked and/or the cast start corpsing quite a lot in the broadcast cuts of The Goodies, as well as Blackadder and Red Dwarf, and I think they're super!
