Mar. 25th, 2007 06:49 pmNice day today, despite the missing hour throwing me off. Bought a very pretty top and a knitted dress from Debenhams ( (ici) )
- this is the trouble about being good throughout pregancy and actually coming out after labour smaller than you were when you concieved - literally overnight (for me, anyway) you're in better shape than you have been in a couple of years and want to buy lots of lovely new things when
a, you have very little money to do so
b, you don't go out any more so you've got nowhere to wear them
c, they're more than likely to get baby sick on them as soon as they go on.
Oh well! While watching Chocolat last night me and Hubs discovered a great new game - 'doing' all of Johnny Depp's characters in the style of Jack Sparrow... cue us both drawling stuff like 'bugger me, mate, I've got scissors for hands' and 'but why is the chocolate gone?'. I like Chocolat. It's my kinda Chick Flick. The Deppster all
being yummy and playing guitar - I'm also very fond of Alfred Molina. You throw me the Idol, I throw you the whip!
Anyhoo, all this gave me a hankering to watch Sleepy Hollow tonight but turns out I can't - for once in my life there's loads of stuff I want to watch on TV tonight! And on a Sunday too - unbelievable! Not only is The Actor Kevin Eldon in a Kombat Opera production about the South Bank Show, but said show of the Bank wot is Southerly afterwards is all about the glorious Chairman Humph! Huzzah!
