Aug. 28th, 2007 05:15 pmIt's our anniversary today! Three years since our nuptuals!
Alackaday, we can't go for the customary Romantic Meal Out, but I am cooking spaghetti carbonara and at least, unlike last year, I can have a glass of vino to celebrate!
Have bought Vi some petit filou for her pud - let's see how that goes down! If she doesn't eat it, I will. Yum!

We are the law, you clowns!
Aug. 28th, 2007 11:24 pmThanks for the various Congrats, guys! 3 years, eh? I don't even know which anniversary that is... summat rubbish, I bet. Reinforced cardboard, something like that.
Have just watched the last Life On Mars. Meep! Very satisfying, yet sad. As Hubs mentioned, it's a bit of a Brazil ending. Interested to see how Ashes to Ashes works now.
Should have noted this down earlier today, while it was still fresh in my mind, but my own subconcious treated me to a doozy of a dream this morning! It was actually a three way US TV crossover - BSG meets Northern Exposure with a touch of Lost thrown in. I remember earth was being invaded by aliens or something, there was a really big dinner with loads of BSG and N-Ex characters, I remember at one point Helo was killed by Apollo because 'one of us needed to die, and he was so annoying' - fair enough, Helo *is* very annoying, but did he really have to be killed off by the one character who irritates me even more? I remember looking at Sharon, who just kept on eating, oblivious to her husband's demise. Frakking toasters, eh? There was something about Ed and a woman riding a giant robot insect - a praying mantis, I think - and I'm pretty sure that Hurley was there too. Hmm!
