I decided I like NBBS so far enough to post the first couple of chapters (where there's no 24th Century Science Stuff for me to fall down on) on ff.net. realmlife - I'm happy enough with chapter 3 to post it either tonight or tomorrow, but I don't think I want to post anything beyond that without the safety net of your Beta reading!
Oh, and MayRaven, if indeed you're reading this - do you have a secret identity as one of my LJ Chums and I've just forgotten who you are? Either way, thank you ever so much for your lovely reviews! I do appreciate it (BTW I noticed that you also had 'Trauma' down as one of your favourite stories - it's the only other TNG Fic on there I've read all of. Just finished it - good, innit?)
Hoorah for iChoons and Hubs, for the latter has discovered that the former has Lost S4 available to download - FINALLY I have a way of catching up without resorting to Interwebbe Piracy (which funds terrorism, dontcherknow) or adding to Rupert Murdoch's evil coffers (I'm pretty certain he's the one keeping Thatcher alive). Didn't get much sleep again last night so gave up watching the first eppie about 15 mins in during Vi's nap to get 40 winks of my own, so I'll watch the rest tonight. Is it me, or is Desmondo getting even prettier? Hummana Hummana, Brotha. Alas, my attention was diverted away from the tragedy of everybody's favourite junkie Hobbit's demise because I was too busy fighting the urge to lick the screen.
Oh, and as i was on youtube earlier seeing if I could find the 'New Justice Team' sequence from Futurama, I found this instead... http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=DkEaU7_0wx0 - let's just say that Futurama and Dr Who Fans should enjoy it!
