First Day Down...
Nov. 28th, 2005 06:24 pmAnd I have never been more knackered. Doesn't help that I barely slept last night.
The work's been pretty tough - I've been making sales calls from lunchtime already, and all but two were either me leaving messages or flat rejections. But apparently that's to be expected, and I could feel that my pitch was becoming more confident despite the knackeredness. Boss has a *lot* of faith in me - he's given me Clinique & Ariel to chase up already!
And his babies are always in - they have a Nanny in the day. The little girl baby is the cutest thing EVER! Boss is very Jewish and his wife's Oriental so both kiddies are beautiful black haired, brown eyed moppets, just like what I want. Has made me MEGA BROODY - not good for 1st day at new job!
Anyhoo - a bit of Scribbledge on Ch10 perhaps (want to get to the Cake Sex!) and then VERY early night.
