More Pregna-whiffling
Nov. 29th, 2006 05:02 pmHad our last Ante-Natal class last night - all about what happens after baby's born, newborn care, minimising cotdeath risk etc etc. One of the new mums staying at the Birthing Unit showed us her little 2-day-old girl - it was amazing - and crazy for me, contemplating that there's a little person only about a month younger than the real live human being in the cot currently inside my belly. She was so perfect and beautiful - gah! So scary but so exciting!
Had another scan today and McFly is still the perfect size for her gestation period which is good. Saw her face again and apparently her nosie is very very tiny and so wee that the pixies must have given it to her but she's got big chubby cheeks :D Plus she's now head down with one foot on the bottom of each lung (and can I ever feel them!) and placenta looks fine and is out of her way. There's my good girl! Only another few weeks now and I'll get to meet her - yipe!
