Oooh, the Odeon's Mother & Baby screening is such a good idea! Not for them of course, there were only about ten people in there not including the babbas, but it made a really nice lunchtime out for a bunch of us fom the 1st Time Mums group. Violet was as good as gold - slept a lot and spent the rest of the time either quietly feeding or sitting on my knee watching the fillum. And I finally got to watch Spiderman 3.

Yet another example of the 'Rights Not Responsibilties' attitude which is, I believe, to blame for many of the problems in our culture at the moment. Nobody wants to grow up and stop acting like a bunch of petulant children. No wonder we're developing a 'Nanny State' society - a bunch of babies who can't play nice without hurting the other kids need a fucking nanny!
